Short about our basic business model
Our revenue is based on commission from business transfers as well as the many related services we provide for our clients. These services are billed separately as commissioned in the Statement Of Work or Assignment Agreement/Confirmation documents.
Our History
From the beginning, it all started in Sweden in 2010 with the Swedish Business Transfer Agency Svenska Bolagstorget. The founders, Mrs Christina Hansson, a long time successful entrepreneur and Mr Jan Michanek, a multi IT-entrepreneur, are both renowned for their knowledge and depth of experience in almost all areas of business sales, mergers and acquisitions, established the foundations of what has now become ROI Broker Group Ltd. Since then Mr Michanek has developed the business to become an innovative, professional business brokerage, business development, and digital transformation specialist dedicated to the client’s success and supported by new modern IT-technology systems.
Since then ROI Broker Group Ltd. has not only been at the forefront of the International business brokerage scene but has also grown to become a premier international business development and digital transformation agency, with now a relatively long-standing reputation for its ability to achieve outstanding results for clients.
